  Foundations through to plastering and making good. Priced per job after a site visit — there is no honest fixed price on groundwork until we know what's under your garden.

• Kitchen renovation (Contact for price) —

  Strip out, first fix, plastering, and installation of the units you've chosen. We work with your kitchen supplier's plan or draw one up with you.

• Loft conversion (Contact for price) —

  Steels, floor, stairs, dormer and building control sign-off. Typically eight to ten weeks depending on the roof structure.

• Structural repairs (Contact for price) —

  Underpinning, lintels, damp and the things a survey turns up. We'll tell you honestly if it's smaller than the survey made it sound.

• Are you insured and certified?
  Fully insured with public liability, and all electrical and gas work is done by certified subcontractors who issue their own certificates directly to you.
• How long is a typical extension?
  A single-storey rear extension is usually ten to fourteen weeks from breaking ground. We give you a written programme before starting and update it weekly.
• Do you handle planning and building control?
  We work with an architect and handle building control inspections throughout. Planning applications we can point you at, but the application is yours to make.
